ERS Wrap™ is a multipurpose sewn industrial insulation blanket that can be used to insulate virtually any hot mechanical part up to approximately 400°. Our industrial insulation blankets will significantly reduce surface temperatures, providing personnel protection and saving you money!
ERS Wrap™ is so versatile it can be used to insulate virtually any hot mechanical component. Valve? Flange? Elbow? Strainer? Hose? Manway Cover? Strainer? Irregular item? No problem. Anything you have can be "wrapped" in ERS Insulation Wrap. Our blanket insulation is removable and reusable and can be installed by anyone in minutes.
ERS Wrap™ industrial insulation blanket insulation is made with a flexible silicone impregnated fiberglass cloth that is both high heat and weather resistant. We can tell you how great ERS Wrap™ is, but we'd rather show you! We took the temperature of a 1" iron pipe before insulating. Then compared the reduction in surface temperature using ERS Wrap™ (using 1/2" thick tempmat), and traditional materials (using 1 1/2" fiberglass pipe insulation and aluminum jacketing).
The result? ERS Wrap® reduces surface temperatures in line with traditional insulating 3 times as thick (1/2" tempmat vs. 1 1/2" fiberglass pipe insulation + aluminum jacketing)!
